The DFDD stage 1-3 clutches are full faced units (modular design) that offer near stock feel with the added benefits of holding more power. Full face offers better engagement than a puck style with little to no chatter.

The stage 5 is our race clutch and it is a puck style but has a sprung hub that has been made for severe duty applications (race). All of our clutches can be purchased with the light weight flywheel as an option. Be sure to get the 12 point ARP bolts as well when getting the light weight flywheel.

We have over 100 of these units sold and installed on cars and not one has slipped when fitting to the proper application.

Stage 1 Best for stock replacement.

Stage 3 Will increase the torque load by 50% and is made with a Feramic full face lining on the flywheel side and a "Medium Metal" content Organic lining on the pressure plate side. This combination runs cooler and significantly extends clutch life. This is the best option for the big turbo under 500 hp or your stock turbo on n2o.

Stage 5 Will increase the torque load 100 to 150%. It has a puck style disk with full Feramic/Ceramic material on both sides. The clutch is designed for the "MAX" HP and TQ applications and should only be used for occasional street and more strip driving. The stage 5 clutch is the only "RACE" clutch sold that drives better than the other puck clutches that are out for the SRT-4.
